RUN SUBMISSION TO TEQSA’S FEES AND CHARGES CONSULTATION

RUN acknowledges the case for TEQSA to revise their cost recovery model that reflects the true cost of its operations, however RUN holds significant concerns about the process of the consultation and strongly advocates for TEQSA to increase transparency into how these increased charges reflect the actual level of regulatory cost. RUN further argues for consideration of differential fee structures, applied to regulatory outputs 3-6, for to those 10 universities recognised by the Commonwealth as being regionally headquartered.
